Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of tele sales executives to achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular coaching and feedback
- Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and team productivity
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance protocols
- Report daily progress to management and suggest process improvements

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or any graduate
- At least 1 year of experience in tele sales is mandatory
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Working Days: 6 days/week (1 rotational weekly off)
Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: Upto ₹25,000 in-hand + Attractive Incentives
